Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with Enriclio, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment. We will refund that payment in full, no questions asked, and cancel your subscription.

Email billing@enriclio.com from the address on your account within the 14-day window. Refunds are issued to your original payment method by our payment provider, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

The 14-day guarantee applies to your first payment. Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent the next charge — cancel before the renewal date and you will not be billed again. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for the initial purchase. By starting to use the service during this period you acknowledge that the service begins immediately; our voluntary guarantee above still gives you a full refund within 14 days regardless.

We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse of the guarantee (for example, repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles) or violations of our Terms of Service.
