Delete your data

Submit the form below from the email address on your account, or email privacy@enriclio.com from that address. We confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete the erasure within 30 days, as required by GDPR Art. 12(3).

What gets deleted:

• your account: name, company, email address and password hash;
• your consent and verification records;
• your workspace on the platform and every lead, list, sequence, message and analytics row inside it;
• your login on the platform, so the same credentials stop working everywhere.

What we must keep, and why: invoices and payment records are retained for the period our tax law requires (typically 7 to 10 years) because we are legally obliged to keep them — GDPR Art. 17(3)(b). They are locked down to billing use only. We also keep your email address on a short suppression list so a deleted account is not accidentally re-contacted.

Our customers use Enriclioto run their own outreach, so for those messages the customer — not us — is the data controller. Two things you can do, both of which work:

• Click the unsubscribe link in the email. It is in every message we send, it works immediately, and it stops that sender permanently.
• Write to us anyway at privacy@enriclio.com with the email address or company involved. We will suppress the record across the platform and pass your request to the customer who holds it, as their processor is obliged to do.

Erasure is one of several rights. You can also request access to your data, correction, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Use the same address; see the Privacy Policy for the full list. You may also complain to your local data protection authority at any time.
