Cookie Policy

These are required for the site to work and are set without consent, as permitted by the ePrivacy Directive. There is one:

• enriclio_session— keeps you signed in after you log in. HttpOnly and Secure, so it cannot be read by scripts. Expires after 7 days, or 30 days if you tick “remember me”. It is set only once you sign in; a visitor who never logs in never receives it.

• No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Matomo, no Segment, no Mixpanel.
• No session replay. We do not record your screen, your mouse movements or your keystrokes. No Hotjar, Clarity, FullStory, LogRocket or PostHog replay.
• No advertising or retargeting pixels. No Meta Pixel, no Google Ads tag, no LinkedIn Insight tag.
• No fonts loaded from a third party. Our typefaces are downloaded at build time and served from our own domain, so no request - and therefore no IP address - goes to Google Fonts or any other font CDN when you visit.

One optional item needs your consent, because it is served by another company that will see your IP address:

• Cal.com booking calendar.Used by the “Book Demo” button. Its script is not loaded at all until you either allow it in the consent banner or click the button. When it loads, Cal.com receives your IP address and may set its own cookies to run the booking flow. See cal.com/privacy.

If you never touch the booking calendar and reject it in the banner, no third party is contacted by this website at all.

Your consent decision is saved in your browser’s local storage under enriclio.consent.v1, not in a cookie — so rejecting genuinely leaves you with no extra cookie. It never leaves your device.

Use the Cookie preferenceslink in the footer of any page to reopen the banner and change your answer. Withdrawing is exactly as easy as giving consent. You can also clear your browser’s site data for this domain at any time.

When you start a subscription you are handed to our payment provider (PayPal or Stripe) on their own domain. Cookies set there are governed by their policies, not this one. We never see or store your full card details.
